Review Time
They were quick to issue me a store credit for a broken hockey stick, however they failed to post my negative review that I left for the product (Tovi stick which broke immediately), which leaves me to question how honest any of their reviews are.
Pending charge, but no confirmation. Found out later my order wasn’t even processed after contacting them. They seemed to know that this is a common occurrence with Apple Pay transactions… IMO be honest with your customers if something is not working don’t leave it up and hope for the best. I could have easily used my actual card. Support was available fast, but repeated their is nothing they can even do about the situation.
Terrible attention. They cancelled the first order because I had to acknowledge an email that I never received. Second order has never been sent because they supposedly haven't received the payment from PayPal (ridiculous). Now they have a mess with both orders requesting new payment for the first one when they have never cancelled the second.
I have ordered a complete set since 16th Feb (1 month and 1 week). Half of the order has been delivered. The other half has been still going through a painful process. There are 50 emails back and forth, and the order was canceled once due to one of the items was delayed. I was asked to redo the order and I did it again on 1st March. Yesterday I was told that the shoes that I ordered were not available while waiting for the shipment to be done. It's really a painful process and now the items were processed without the shoes while I have replied to the customer service that I would go with 2 other options or whatever shoes that are available. By now there have been 55 emails in total and my order has not been solved. May I ask someone to check my last order: 2440877I must say your company has to review the processes as the experience can be very painful for the customers who desperately need their ice hockey equipment.
On August 24, 2021 I purchased 2 Sherwood hockey sticks. Today is September 27, 2021. I still have not received the sticks. I just looked at the "tracker" and saw that the sticks are not due to arrive until October 2, 2021. I live in California. This is the 3rd time the date has been pushed back. I called to complain the first week but was willing to wait for what seemed like custom-made sticks. I exchanged words on the chat line after 3 weeks, basically believing "Ice Warehouse" is just a teenager operating out of his mom's basement. Now I am truly concerned that I lost $200 on those sticks. I am about to report this as a fraud to my credit card company.
