I will definitely be using SafeBound for my next move. Nahuel, Diego, and Wilson couldn’t have made the process more smooth. They were professional, fast, and made a very stressful process so much easier. They handled everything with care and were excellent. I had used a moving service in the past and it was horrible in comparison. The care they took every item was impeccable. They packed and delivered on time and communication was to the minute. Very hard working professional gentlemen. very respectful and clean. If i could give higher than a 10 out of 10 i would give a 20. Thank you guys. go safebound. No company compares. I will be moving after i rent for 12 months. to move into new home. no question. As mentioned, I will use them again. I was amazed.
What an absolute great move exceptional service I’ve used a dozen moving companies and by far this is the best I’ve ever used of all time love the guys Brett,, Orlando, and Mike these guys are like friends to me. I appreciate them love the company.
If I could give no star for unprofessionalism and deception that’s what I’d do. Bare in mind, the moving company is the middle person between you and the company transporting your items. The only constant was the quote number, the amount just kept sliding with no clear explanation. No phone calls were returned and the staff were not trained to answer pointed questions. None of their documents had the same information. If you talk to three representatives about the same quote every single person would give different information. The staff are all REEK and STINK in every way. The salesperson of course was very warm. Once you start making inquires of the increase in cost, the general manager ZR was beyond disrespectful and lied consistently about him returning phone calls.His mannerism was so low I regret ever talking to him and doing business with this company. First he cuts you off, then he tells you, don’t forget you already signed our contract. First call was nothing more than deception. I was quoted on the minimum required cubic feet which is 400 (cf), that wasn’t told to me. During the walkthrough call an additional 50 cf was added this increased the cost by $330. When they came to pick up, they told us, our boxes were over sized and this will used up at additional 76 cf costing $413. We then asked for justification of the 76 cf and we were told that maybe our item took up dead space which we’re expected to pay for. Initial quote was $2.5K , final output on delivery was $3.7K. During all of these calls the supplier never once stated that there was a minimum required box size, dead space, a minimum quote as well as a shuttle fee if a 53ft trailer cannot be parked at your gate upon delivery. Let’s talk about damages and packing deception. PBO means packed by owner. Every single item was taken from our premises in whole form. They then broken them down or remove parts yet they labeled them as packed by owner which means they’re not responsible for the damage. There is a lot to learn dealing with a deceptive supplier. From all of this, dealing with moving companies isn’t an exercise for the weak and you should do a lot of research before choosing one. Expect hidden fees with no explanation, bullying, condescending and blatant disrespect and total deception from the staff. Advice is to have someone measure the cf of your house, get your initial quote on the exact cf and also ask about dead space and how it’s justified and get the exact dimension of the box size. Also, they should ensure the staff hygiene is pleasant and suggest they change their top after each delivery
