Customer service is wonderful, and products are amazing. Very comfortable and affordable, but to some , not you get what you pay for as they say. I've got the Hyperline plates and the tactical carrier as well as the concealable carrier. Both are amazing for different usability. Thanks safelife for what you're company provides for all first responders and what y'all do. Please keep up the good work!
I'm a big fan of your armor. The problem is in The measuring of the armor to go in carriers that are not yours. From what I could tell I didn't like the way your carrier was built but it was very hard to get anything from the website. I didn't see any way to zoom in and look at the details of the carrier. The person on the phone was very helpful as far as helping me with measurements and getting my first one returned and the next one shipped out. So not an employee problem. More of a lack of information available. I would think you would know what brand carriers your armor would fit in. At least some of the more popular models. On top of all that I found out after my purchase if I would have waited a week I could have saved a pretty good chunk of money because the President's Day. If I would have known that ahead of time I could have waited a week and had one of your double layer tactical belts possibly. Not trying to be a di#k just trying to pass along information I would want if I owned the company.
I have used various gun belts over the past thirty plus years and the reason that I think this one is the absolute best is the rigidity and width of the underbelt. This underbelt is superior in holding the gun belt in place truly eliminating the need for belt keepers.I believe this will be my last belt, only wish is that I had found it sooner.
