Order was lost from the start... never left NV.have been out of work for a month due to this already, spoken to to safe life team was told it would be investigated and a new one shipped... was suppose to take 15 days at most... no contact or follow up. Great equipment but complete fail on the delivery
Returning my duty belt for a replacement after a small defect was the fastest and most convenient way. Safelifedefence shipped my new belt overnight at no cost. Returning the old belt was also convenient since Safelifededence took care of the shipping cost as well. 5 stars well deserved.
