This is the second purchase of your belts. Due to the quality of my first purchase is why I ended buying another new one after seven years of use on my first purchase. It seems the newer one is even more robust than the first one. Thanks a million!
After an initial fitting issue, I received advice on what would be a better size/fit for me. Which has turned out to be perfect for me. It fits great, and looks good. I work in some pretty rough places and I feel confident in my choice of protection. The break in period is a little longer but worth it.
I ordered an armor bundle that included a duty belt. When I ordered I mistakingly ordered the wrong size. Safe life sent me a return label immediately, making the return simple. Quality of the product is unmatched. Kudos to the safelife team!
The customer service I received was excellent. I do wish that if you pay for the expedited mail service thats what you get. Im only in California and when I returned/exchanged items your company received them within 2.5 days but when your company ships items out it takes up to a week to receive them. I do understand how the process goes but it would be different if I wasnt only 6hrs away by car. Nonetheless and thankfully I havent had to "test" them out to see if they work but having served in the military the quality is on par with body armor I was issued and that makes me feel safer and for my baby whom I purchased the backpack armor for! Thanx safelife defense! You're protecting me and my most precious!!
