Honestly the turnaround time, is impeccable I've never had an issue and I've always received my item sooner than what it stated. Anytime I've called with any type of issue is always been taken care of most of the time the issues on my negligence for not properly reading.
Nice item. Easily conceal in a backpack panel. Which is what it is designed for but it's nicely done. It's light weight. This would be a comfort to a student looking for something extra.I believe that anyone could see the advantages to this. Put this in your child's backpack.
Overall good product. Sizing is nowhere near true to size. Shipping takes a while and is not free. The belt also didn’t come with any sort of rubber band to hold the excess material in place. Good product but seems like they are cutting corners in other areas.
