Extremely poor

Extremely poor - product ordered and never received and then when I checked on shipping advice it has been returned to company in China, my recommendation would be to acquire whatever you are looking to buy from anybody other than this company. Really crap

Absolutely incompetent!

I understand why this company’s overall rating is so low. They are incompetent at filling an order based on the specifications I entered. I ordered dog boots for a 40 lb dog. They sent dog boots that would probably fit a toy poodle. When I contacted them, they said we do not refund or exchange! What??? Wait! This was their error. They agreed to send another pair. Hoping for the appropriate size, I was disappointed to receive another pair of dog boots slightly larger than the first pair they sent. What is the matter with these people??!!Do not order from this company!!!!

I feel like I dodged a bullet

I feel like I dodged a bullet. Larry, our salesman, was awesome and my Bunkhouse Rustic Lodge XL Dog House was sent in a very timely manner and the quality of the house was also excellent. There were no surprises other than me being absolutely happy with zero complaints regarding my puppy's new outside shelter. Purchase date was 9/22/2020.

Complete Fraudsters!

Complete fraudsters I order a calming pet bed in December. Still waiting for it in March!! Took my money the same day though. Cannot get in touch as there is no email or phone number. They took my money via Viva Wallet (?) I should have been wary. Can't get in touch with them either and they cover themselves by saying get in touch with sellers BEWARE!! So £30 down and I nneed the calming bed - for me!!

OMG I wished I had seen this sooner

OMG I wished I had seen this sooner. I sent for 2 dog beds a month ago. Nothing arrived , not even tracking details. Tried to get hold of them today .1st checked my PAYPAL account and found the company my money had gone to ... Its female UNDERWEAR !! even though reading all pay pals details it clearly states that I have ordered 2 dog beds ! I have notified pay pal in the hope of them getting my money back.

Please don’t use this company

Please don’t use this company. I normally read reviews but sadly the item was half the normal price so greed got the better of me.Luckily we paid by PayPal so got a refund. The website no longer exists....all they have done is farm my information from PayPal..Hopefully I will have no more dealings with this company, I learned a valuable lesson.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. SCAM. If I could give them 0 stars I would. To my #petlovers Do NOT buy from SAFE PET CO Back in April I was buying everything and more for my new puppy when I saw an ad on Facebook for this company that was having a sale. So I bought my dog a doggy seatbelt. Before I could check out, an ad popped up for me to add on a FREE vip doggy bag to my cart. As soon as I clicked yes 2 charges came to my account. $10 for the seatbelt and another $10 to cover the shipping for the FREE VIP doggy bag. If I had’ve know I was going to be paying $10 for shipping I would have never gotten it. So immediately I contacted customer support. They have no phone number so you can only email them back and forth. Customer support said “ I have just checked your order, and I'm really sorry to let you know that it was already shipped out, so we can't do anything about it.Note that WE CAN'T CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU DID NOT ORDER, that's illegal and IMPOSSIBLE. It can only happen if you ordered this by mistake. “ so first of all they were not telling the truth because I literally emailed them as soon as I placed the order , but she said it was SHIPPED already. Then after 2-3 weeks went by I asked them for a tracking number or something so I can know when my order was coming and they responded “ Your order is on processing and is about to be shipped. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you once it is shipped. “ That was in MAY. Then randomly I was charged $40 for a VIP SUBSCRIPTION that I didn’t even sign up for and couldn’t be refunded for my money until I returned the items. I just received my order, but because of COVID I was not able to get to the postal office and return the package so they’re telling me I can’t receive a refund. That website is a complete SCAM.
