Review Time
Steer VERY clear from this company. Had an order that was not delivered, sent an email to customer services, got an automated response, then never heard back from them after multiple attempts (both on social media and email to their site). Got on Live Chat, advertised to start at 9am EST, nothing picked up until 9:30 EST. Got this message from the live agent, followed by HER ENDING THE CHAT without me being able to respond. "According to what we have on file, the missing item for order XXXXX has been sent. The new order number is XXXXX. The order with your replacement is currently in transit". No tracking number so the link is useless.So, they replace the order, trying to make it look like they had been doing this all along but there is no tracking number because they JUST DID IT. And you "hang up" on the customer. Classy.
Email support invalid, sends you to chat, chat is invalid, says it’s connecting to a customer contact person, after three hours not so much as a refresh screen. Toll-free number drops your call every time right before it says leave your info. Charged me in full, partial shipment, remainder order is in USPS ‘pre-shipment’, remainder has been that status for two weeks now. Don’t waste your money or your time, you’d have better luck, product and service off of TEMU lol.
i order black Friday for a hoody pack and paid extra 29 $ to ship her am disable and my penny are short i used my emergency card for my house this year i wanted this for my son he helps me a lot i live here in the mountains of ga so card was charge 108.20 they gave me a order number so i hook it up and the next day hell broke loose that chat online with SA co. sucks big time they sent me small package But no big package for the rest of it now i get the run around so am lelf out for my son Christmas gift Same on them i want ANSWERS PLEASE THI IS NOT FAIR :(
There was a mix-up in my order ,I got child's items instead of adult .Was told I was going to get some replacements ,the right size......have not seen them..... I've been ghosted in the emails ....You try to get a hold of them ,there's no phone number ...there's a chat Bot, which doesn't help anything..waste of time and money. Very disappointed I will never order from here again!!
Placed in order on November 22nd purchasing a fleece face shield and was given the reward of receiving four extra face shields for free. Is now December 3rd and I have only gotten one of my free face Shields I've contacted numerous times about my order, as well as contact and customer support but no one is online to take my request at this time. I cannot do a refund because I have not received my packages yet. In order for me to do a return I must have all unworn packages for me to send back and get a refund but it's been almost 4 weeks still haven't received my items
I have yet to receive my hat that I preordered in October. Promising me that my hat would be delivered October 11. Then October 14th. It is now a couple days before Christmas and still nothing. Just apologies and 10% off discount. What a JOKE!! Why would I order ANOTHER item when I didn’t receive the first one? Because you gave me 10% off? This company is a SCAM! You’ve been warned! NOT PROFESSIONAL!
