Completely dissatisfied with the service.

Completely dissatisfied with the service. I still haven't received my vehicle, and they keep delaying the completion date due to vendor issues. They claimed the ‘parts guy’ failed to verify the correct components, and I've been told I'm ‘next in line for paint’ multiple times, yet it remains unpainted. Now they inform me that not all parts were ordered, which adds another week to the wait. I've already paid for my insurance and deductible, so I am essentially paying them to fulfill their promise of timely service. We had a minor accident that should have been straightforward to fix, but here we are. With Christmas tomorrow, I likely won’t see my car until possibly Monday if they manage to get the parts. I strongly advise against using this service. It’s better to stay local and avoid this national franchise at all costs. I plan to have the car assessed by another provider to ensure the quality of the repairs. If the workmanship is subpar, I will update my review accordingly. But first, I need to actually receive my vehicle, which at this point seems uncertain... a sarcastic but honest sentiment.

I am completely dissatisfied. I still haven't received my vehicle. The completion date has been pushed back multiple times due to vendor issues, and the technician failed to verify the correct parts. I was told it was 'next in line for paint' seven times, and it still isn’t painted. Now they claim, 'we didn’t order all the parts we needed, it will be another week.' I have already paid for my insurance and deductible, so I'm essentially paying them to do what they promised to complete on time. We had an accident on November 14 with damage that shouldn’t have been complicated. The most challenging part was the paint. With Christmas tomorrow, I may not see my car again until possibly Monday, if they even get the parts. I strongly advise against using this service. It's better to stay local and avoid this national franchise. I plan to have the car evaluated by another shop to ensure the quality of work, but first, I need to receive the vehicle, and I'm not sure I will.

Surprised by the low rating

I am surprised to see such a low rating for this collision repair service. This was my fourth repair over several years. While it took longer than usual due to weather and compliance paint issues, the staff made the customer experience professional. I highly recommend this service.

Unacceptable damage to my daughter's car

My daughter's vehicle is at a location for repairs. She was supposed to get it back tomorrow but instead received a call saying they damaged it in the shop. The supervisor misled me, claiming it was just a blown tire, but it turns out there is suspension and other damage.

Avoid this location.

I began taking my car here until I noticed two employees using drugs outside together. One of them appeared very high and was unprofessional with his coworkers. It's disappointing to see such behavior on the job.

Outstanding service from a dedicated representative

The representative was outstanding! My grandmother dropped off her vehicle last week. After not hearing anything, I reached out. Although they were closed, I contacted customer support. The representative looked into it and initially couldn't find any record, but she was determined to help. After I sent her my confirmation email, she escalated the issue and assured me she would find a resolution. I truly appreciated her attitude and determination. If only more people were like her, the world would be a better place. While I can't comment much on the service yet, they should be grateful for her efforts.
