The advertised special offers do not reflect on the final bill. I ordered two items on promotion, but the discount wasn't applied. I should have been charged £17, but I was billed the full price. The same issue occurred with another promotion. This has happened consistently. I won't consider using the service next year unless absolutely necessary. Additionally, my next day delivery arrived a day late.
