Lack of clarity and slow shipping issues

Disappointed... Business based overseas.

I was very disappointed. I didn't realize it was a business based overseas. It took more than 4 weeks to arrive with no communication. The dress is nice, but I don't think it was worth the price given the many options available online.

Excellent communication

Communication was excellent. After placing my order, I received an email about a warehouse issue causing delays, but they assured me my order would be fulfilled soon. True to their word, my item arrived a couple of weeks later than expected, and because of their great communication, everything turned out well.

This business seems suspicious

This business seems suspicious. I placed an order over a month ago and found the same dress elsewhere, which arrived before Christmas. The photos were identical to those on the original website. Thankfully, I paid with a secure method and received a full refund. The excuses provided for the delay didn't match what I saw in tracking updates. Please avoid this business if you don’t want to risk being scammed.
