I absolutely recommend Sandalwood Memorials. This was the 2nd time that our family have used them to provide a memorial for a deceased family member. On both occasions we were fully satisfied with all aspects of the service – extremely professional, providing clear advice throughout the process, delivering a high quality of work in preparing and installing the memorial, and all done within minimal timescales. Where do I start. I cannot express enough how grateful my family and I are for the absolutely superb customer service we received from Minora and Fenix at Sandlewood memorials. In such an emotional and delicate time, every detail matters and Minora made sure everything was handled with the upmost care, compassion and professionalism. Minora and her team are the most professional, but very human team. I have had the very great pleasure of employing them to make, supply and fit an outstanding memorial on a family plot. So used these people for my parents tombs. The picture they put of my mum was awful as it looked liked she has slit her throat. When questioning this the manager was awful saying the picture was bad quality. She went on some mad rampage of abusive emails. I have now used the same picture to get them redone and they look amazing.
We asked Sandalwood Memorials to remove the stone work around an existing grave and to erect a new headstone. The whole process was organised via email and the work carried out by them in a totally professional manner. Communications were frequent and always very helpful. The end result looks lovely. We have no hesitation in recommending Sandalwood to any prospective clients.
