My Mother's memorial was installed today and honestly it is amazingly beautiful and a fitting tribute in her honour. The service was also amazing I was kept updated every step of the way and the customer service was first class. In a nutshell I would give Sandalwood Memorials 10 stars and more ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💫
After losing my precious baby boy the thought of having to find a company for my son’s headstone was stressful,but I come across sandalwood and I’m so greatful to have found them. We recently arranged a headstone for our baby, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion we received. From the very first conversation with minora and fenix they treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and respect during what has been an incredibly difficult time for our family.They guided us through each step of the process with sensitivity, they took there time to listen to what I wanted and how I wanted my sons forever bed. I changed my mind a couple times and they was so patient and caring for me and reassured me that I could change whatever I want whenever I want. After choosing a beautiful and meaningful memorial without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. The craftsmanship of the headstone is truly exceptional, and it brings us comfort to know our baby has such a peaceful and dignified place of rest.We are deeply grateful not only for the quality of the work, but for the humanity shown to us throughout. The moment I met Minora I knew that she and her team would be the people I would entrust to create the most beautiful gravestone that I could have imagined to honour my beloved father. I highly recommend sandalwood in Muswell Hill they are highly professional nothing has been a problem we’ve added on to the headstone a few times the corresponding is amazing they’ve made the whole process easy for us they are extremely flexible and so caring and supportive I thank Minora and her team would most definitely use them again
