The website says it is London based and gives a sob story about it being owned by a mother and son and they are desperate to keep the business going. The photos on the website are enticing and I fell for it and sent for a couple of items. The emails are all warm and personal sounding and you feel you are dealing with a good private company. Don't be fooled - everything comes from China, and like most of these scam companies they don't want to be bothered with returns, offering 10%, 20% and finally 30% "discounts", telling you to keep the clothes, which are shoddy and badly made from awful materials. I have fought for a refund as a matter of principle and am awaiting feedback. They make their money from busy people who can't be bothered with the process and expense of returning parcels to China. It's a rip off and I would avoid at all costs. I have contacted Watchdog about these companies and hope to get something done about the way they conduct business.

I ordered a coat from their website which looked really nice on the model. When I received it it was of poor quality and not the same as depicted. I asked for a refund which they guarantee 30 days return and was told I would only get 10% back as it cane from abroad and that £40 was shipping costs. This is disgusting and they deserve to go into liquidation.

Ordered from their website. Lovely looking dress. After numerous, very polite and friendly emails, saying that they weren’t satisfied with the quality therefore remaking it, it was delivered. It was poor quality material and not like their picture at all. I won’t buy from again, no matter how good their goods look in the pictures!!!

Worst experience ever.Dress was nothing like the picture - cheap nylon material.The company told me I had to pay £40 to return the item to get a refund (company based in China).Should be closed down by authorities.I also saw them start a new company (again mis leading people to think it’s based in London).Don’t waste money or time on this x
