I order a velvet jacket and shirt that cost £85. The company told me it has been dispatched and then 2 days later told me that they had to be honest and it hadnt been dispatched. It took 2 weeks to come and the quality is horrendous. The items popped up on an advert from Temu for a quarter of the price. With the same pictures. Don't order from this site. Proper scam.
I wish I had read these reviews on trustpilot before I ordered . As others have said before, the website looks real. Didn’t think any issues. I’ve ordered a blue velvet jacket and a blouse. I’ve been waiting for two weeks, but order was delayed because the ‘quality was poor’ apparently ,so they waited for a new batch to come in. Then I read these reviews and I wrote back to them and said don’t send it out please cancel it. They didn’t reply and all of a sudden I’ve received a tracking confirmation from a company called RELAY who I’ve never heard of. I’ve emailed Sarah and David today and stated that their website states Royal Mail, can you explain this ? The reply was ‘we will give you 10% discount’ . I’m still waiting for the parceI now knowing I’m not going to get anything decent as you ladies have said the products you have received are of poor quality so I suppose I’ll have to wait with baited breath and see what turns up. But I will update .
If there was a zero star they would have got that. I received a really shoddy blue velvet 'jacket' today, which was more like a lycra jumper. I asked to return it, but they told me it would cost £40 to return it to China. They are not based in London! I went onto Chatgpt to help me draft a reply. Do not accept their shitty 10% refund. Take it all the way, or better still, don't order from them in the first place. Appalling!

I would not give one star if there was an option.. the website is excellent the products look amazing.. the reality is entirely different very poor quality and the return system is a joke £40 must be paid. Regardless.. my two dresses were made of cheap nylon and very poor indeed. I fell for it and have learnt my lesson… I should have looked at trust pilot first …
How I wished I had read these reviews before buying. This company is a scam. I am usually very careful so I’m cross with myself that I fell for it but will chalk it up to experience. I ordered a velvet embroidered jacket and what eventually arrived from china via Yun Post and not Royal Mail was a piece of velour material rolled up in a ball. It did have sleeves but I could not put it on. I did contact the company but told £40 to return to china and if the item got ‘lost’ during the return it’s at my risk. I’m not giving them any more of my money as clearly a scam. I hope this review stops someone else from losing their money.
The Jacket I received was a poor cheap imitation of the one shown in the advert. It was NOT velvet, it was cheap velour fabric, only suitable for making dresses and tops. The fabric had no lining or interlining so it was droopy rather than crisp it had no shaping like the original and the "Embroidery " down the front edges and on the cuffs was not real embroidery, only printed. It was supposed to be reduced in the sale , but it was not worth the £49.99 that I paid for it.

Ordered a beautiful looking woolly jumper from the website end December. It did not arrive as promised. After 2 weeks waiting and no update from the company I had a polite email conversation with them, where they assured me it had been despatched. Still nothing. This went on for another week until I came home to find (luckily!) a package on my doorstep. The item sent bore no resemblance to the jumper I ordered as I received an enormous nylon sweatshirt! What a scam! I’m not bothering to return it for a refund as I don’t need the excess costs and hassle this will cause me. I’ve learnt a lesson; never to buy online without checking the company out beforehand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
