I placed an order with this company weeks ago and have not received my package. The company says that the package was delivered to the wrong address. I have called them back three times, leaving messages each time to correct this problem, and no one has called me back. The woman who left the original message admitted that the delivery was made to the wrong address. I want this resolved as the items ordered are Christmas gifts!

I ordered chocking devices and fire blankets for Christmas gifts in Sept. I have not received anything yet I’ve emailed them several times and no response yet! It keep saying something about delayed customs clearance as far as tracking my order! My rate would be a minus 1
I ordered 5 devices for friends and family. I received the 5 devices but none of them included a practice mask. Also there was only one holder for the device and it was my understanding each device had a holder. I would appreciate a response so I can give them to the ones I ordered them for as soon as possible. Thank you
