Review Time
I ordered 5 of these in May of 2024. I have NEVER received my order. I have tried multiple times to send an email telling the company that I have never received my order, but I keep getting emails back stating that they are working on the problem. This company has been trying to fix the problem for the past 4 months, but I still have not received the product. This company is Fraud and a HUGE joke. DO not do business with them. I recently sent an email telling them I wanted a refund for the product I never received, and I got an email with instructions on how to return the product. I just sent them an email stating I cont return products I NEVER received!
This company is a scam! Do not order from them. This order took forever to arrive. It arrived in my mailbox in a plastic bag, dirty and opened. I ordered on 04/19/2024 I emailed their support team the next day and was told it is already out for delivery. The package arrived on 05/02/2024. I have emailed twice and never received a response!! I never took the items out as it is stuck to the package! This is supposed to be lifesaving equipment! The company ignores attempts to return the items that arrived dirty and opened. This company is unprofessional and as a RN I would not use anything from this company!!**On May 21st I received an email response from the message I sent Savelix on their web site. It states that the refund is on it's way. There is no need to return the order. I'm waiting to see how long this will take. **It is over 10 days later and I have NOT received my refund. I am going to try with my bank because PayPal did nothing!!**I did FINALLY receive my refund back to PayPaL. I am very happy to have all but one of my Facebook purchases refunded. NEVER purchase anything that is advertised on Facebook! I have not gotten anything that looks like the advertised product and I have had to many times eat the money. Beware!
I am proud to have received three of the SaveLix Choking Rescue Devices.
