I ordered one item, got 4. You charged me for 4, you charged my account for the extra items without getting my permission. I got the items today, no return info. I read the review, now I don't want the one you charge me. I want a refund for all 4. I got the items today, 1/6/26. You charge my account 12/18/26, I could not figure out why my bill was so high. I have requested items be disputed, also. the items are of poor quality. Items were shipped from China, I would not have ordered the first item. I am a 76 year old senior, and feel I have been ripped off, after reading the reviews. I just want a refund for my order and the additional 3 I did not request but you charged my account. I did not give you permission to take money from my account to pay for items I did not request
It came finally after 5 to 6 weeks after ordered. It was annoying. Anyway, I used Immediately. No suction power! None! Zero! I check the product again and again. It was not a broken roduct. This is the way it was made. It means this product is a big scam. They make a good sales video. But their sale point was too good to be true after all. So I went to consumer report on Trustpilot. Many people wrote this company is a scam. Plus, some other customer wrote Savelix makes unauthorized withdrawing from customers. It sounds awful.We need to report Savelix to BBB and protect customers. Now I learned that I have to check consumer report on Trustcpilot first before order anything.
The idea is sound and the order arrived as promised. I would give it 5 stars, but I don't know anyone who has had personal a experience with the successful use of this product. You will understand when I say I hope I never do, but I have it in case we need it and I appreciate that.
I purchased two of your SaveLix anti chocking devices because I have chewing problems associated with Parkinson’s. I like that they can be used by myself. So I have one in the bedroom one in the kitchen.Thankfully I have not had to use them yet. It’s comforting to know we have these life saving devices.
