Review Time
Arrived fast and safely. As many have said before me here I have not had to use this device thank god, but am very happy I have one to try if a emergency occurs and that gives us one more chance at saving a life beyond the tried and true standard methods of helping someone who is choking.
I have been corresponding with a SaveLix representative in many emails and spoke on the phone twice. They are going to honor my order and send my items so I will be rescoring them and delete my other review where I was not happy at all. SaveLix I thank you for doing what was right. Im so anxious to give one to each of my children and their families. It will give me peace of mind although I hope we never have to use them. Again SaveLix I thank you and appreciate you. Ordered 5 savelix on 03/25 order # 46240. Review shipping loction, started at New York to Beltville md and then back to New York. Gave a number for carrier 400-8575500 which is not in service. They haven't return any response from suppliers.
I bought this product and did a negative review due to slow shipping. The company replied and said "we will do anything to make this right" A few days later my units came in. The quality is good and I am happy. I will say, if you plan to do business in the USA, you should have a warehouse and quick shipping in the USA. 4-5 weeks shipping will not work here. I am now happy with the product.
While eating my microwaved chicken marsala at work, some of it got lodged in my airway. I could not talk and could not breathe. I stood up and motioned to a colleague that I was choking. It took hime 5 agonnizing seconds before he stood behind me to Heimlich me. Before he could try, the food dislodged with a massive burp. Relief. But I vowed to be prepared. When it came I tried out the Savelix. Seal was good over my face even though I sport a full beard. The suction appears to be sufficient to pull an obstruction out of the airway. Shipping takes a long time.
I like others have not needed. I had gotten 3 of these, one for myself, my brother and my daughter and her family. I am glad that my brother and myself one, we are both seniors and by ourselves. It just makes me feel better that we have one, in case of an emergency.
