We’ve been using Scalinginity for about 3–4 months now, and overall I’m very happy with both the service and the team behind it.To be honest, the initial setup felt quite hard for us. We had no previous experience, and at the beginning it was a bit overwhelming. I really believe a lot of profiles and time could have been saved if there had been much more detailed step-by-step instructions from the start. For complete beginners, clearer onboarding documentation would make a big difference.That said, once we got through the setup phase, everything became very clear and smooth. What truly stands out is the support team, they are amazing. The response time is super fast, they message proactively, and there are enough people on the team that I can get help quickly, even with things that are not strictly Scalinginity-related (like proxy questions). That level of support is rare.Now that everything is running, I’m genuinely happy with what we have built and with how they work as a company. Great service, excellent support, just room for improvement in the initial onboarding experience.

I joined on February 4 of this month and requested a Facebook Ads ad account. They claim the account is unlimited, but it had a $600/day limit. I requested a refund on February 9, and as of today, February 21, they’ve been stalling and making excuses instead of sending my money back. I paid $544 for this crappy ad account and they won’t refund me—there’s always a new excuse to avoid issuing the refund.This company used to be good, but now it’s turning into a scam. I won’t stop sharing my entire experience everywhere possible until they return my money. Since February 4 I haven’t used anything, and since February 9 I’ve been waiting for the refund—even though the contract states it should take 5 business days. Look, when a company doesn’t even honor its contractual commitments, you already know it’s completely terrible.
