The production department is lacking, and you can't rely on timely delivery of your order. The website doesn't provide sufficient updates on orders, and the customer service and production teams don't communicate effectively. Overall, it's frustrating! Don't anticipate receiving your products on schedule.
When you informed me about my rewards point, I requested them to credit me on my current order which wasn't shipped. They refused to entertain my request. When you are placing an order, you total attention is on artwork, timing and cost. No one remembers to apply rewards at that point…
