I had to contact them to find the issue, they did not contact me.
As reported by their staff, it's 24 hours from when they place it with the courier, NOT from date of order.
All that being said, they did deliver albeit 48 hour when ordered 24 hour, they did fulfill the whole order.
Although customer contact front end is AI, there are actual people behind it.
I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service. During this busy season when deliveries can be delayed or go missing, it was a pleasant surprise to receive real-time updates from the support team (special thanks to one representative). It feels great to be acknowledged and to know that action is being taken. This company is fantastic, with no issues regarding returns and very prompt delivery. The quality is excellent, and they prioritize eco-friendliness, providing an eco rating for each item. They have a lovely selection of leopard print items and beautiful bags (I regret not getting the bright pink crossbody bag with studs before it sold out!) and everything is well-crafted.
I had an excellent experience with customer support. I reached out regarding a refund for an order I had sent back over a week ago, but there were no updates from the courier. Within minutes of contacting the company, they processed my refund and are working with the courier to locate my parcel. I’m truly impressed and felt it was important to share how great this company is. The courier, on the other hand, hasn't received such a glowing review!
