I ordered 2 quilted bags for my mom totaling over £50 , when they arrived they were tote bags which were cheap market goods if anything. Not quilted at all. I requested a refund and was told they would offer 20% not the full amount of I didn't want to return them. I returned them which cost another £16 and three months later I still have not received any refund. Please do not buy from this company , the products are poor quality and it is run by rip off merchants. So not trust this company !!!!! Be warned !!!!!

I ordered 5 of their quilted tote bags. They are NOT quilted tote bags. They are cheap ugly plastic tote bags and NOT at all what is pictured. Poorly made, cheap plastic, hideous art work. Delivered today after waiting almost a month.
I ordered an Iris image dress and art print top which were advertised as linen but what I received are clearly polyester material. The photos on their website look to me like taken from Western runway shows or art prints - the company takes a digital print of the original design and prints it on cheap fabric at a reduced blurry resolution. The colours and cut of the dress/top are in no way as striking or similar to that shown on the Kelisiting website. A scam!
Had the same issue as everyone else, wrong item sent, multiple emails no resolve, return to China etc etc. Here is my question. How do we shut this company down. There are 50 complaints here and at an average of 30 dollars per purchase, well you can do the math...and this is just the people who have bothered to take the time to write a review. Is there a way to stop them from selling these items
The product I received was absolutely not the one that was mentioned in the descriptin! I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. Thiugh the comoany was mentioned as an American one the product arrived from China. Sending back would mean lots of problems for me.
Not as seen in the pictures at all. 100% polyester (not linen as it appears). No embroidery or beads. The motif is printed on and printed on off centre. Not good quality at all. It also came with a slight tear in the seam and the refund policy was terrible. Ordered a dress after ordering from bubblems and never receiving the order. Same thing, received and email that dress was delivered with a tracking number and no dress delivered to home or locked mailbox. Post office does not have any information. Turns out both are Chinese companies and both are scams.
