What a fantastic company to deal with. I bought the ruck sack, which is unbelievable quality for the money, and qualified for a free cross over bag. Stupidly, I didn’t order the free bag ! They rectified this and it was sent next day, no quibble. Their customer service is incredible.
Ordered an explorer deluxe backpack and 'free' crossbody from this company at a total cost of around £44, which included next day delivery. The items were never received and the company doesn't reply to any emails or DMs on it's social media. Pretty sure all the reviews are faked. Oh. And they also use Evri as their courier in the UK, so if they did actually have some items to deliver, you probably wouldn't receive anything anyway. Don't use this company. It's not what it seems.

Despite being told it would be sent once available, it has been almost two weeks with no updates. Now, my emails go unanswered. The service feels misleading, enticing customers with offers that are never fulfilled. I regret not checking reviews before making this purchase. The service has been dreadful, and I will not recommend it to anyone. Moving forward, I will ensure to read reviews for any company before making a purchase, especially when a free item is involved.
I have nothing but good things to say about this service. I can't comment on the actual bag yet since it's a Christmas gift, but the service and responses to my emails have been excellent. My only concern is their delivery partner, which has caused issues for others, but I did receive an unshipped part of my order via another service, so maybe they have improved.
I discovered this service through social media and liked their offerings. I ordered a Transporter Deluxe backpack that was supposed to include a free crossbody bag. When it arrived without the bag, I realized it was my oversight for not ordering it separately. I contacted the service to explain, accepting responsibility, and in a pleasant surprise, they agreed to honor the free offer and let me choose one. The backpack is spacious and of high quality, and I’m thrilled to say I plan to buy one for myself soon. Great job!
