Review Time
Insurance renewal time, received documents and quote, paid and received the certificate and the rest of the documentation. All as it should be. Lost a star for hassling me to review a service that one should be able to assume should be delivered as it was, with bad experiences being rare. Reviews may help a limited number of people but the majority will decide based on how they are treated or personal recommendation. I initially chose Scenic as it was free for the first year with the new vehicle. They got the repeat business as they performed as expected during year one.
