I get a second call from the driver apologising as he had just been told, "we're not collecting vans"

Now comes my own call to the garage to apologise for the van still being there tomorrow

They collected my car over 24 hours ago, and I still haven't received payment. I called for assistance and was told to wait for a manager's call, which never happened. When I called back, my call was cut off. I was quoted a specific amount, and I just want my payment processed!
