I had an issue with a reaction. I have sensitive skin. Their policy was I had to receive one reorder on my subscription before I could cancel and they worked with me due to my circumstances. I received a quick response. You kind of grow to expect to get a hassle and have charges to your acct you don’t want, but so far so good. I will leave another review if I end of seeing charges, but for now they handled it with respect and care.
