The website for ordering could be designed better because it is very confusing and there’s a gazillion advertisements for upgrading your shipment with additional product for more sales. I wanted to try the product so I ordered it and worked through page by page carefully.The transaction didn’t work out as I wished. They worked with me to cancel my subscription and for that, I am thankful.
I had some difficulty receiving my package. It may have been a postal issue due to labour unrest, but when I contacted Sculpiflex help they immediately looked into it, tracked the package and arranged for quick delivery! I was very happy with their customer service!
