I had ordered the product did not immediately receive any kind of confirmation. orderd a second product looked at the bank account noticed that they charged me and I ordered twice immediately within 24 hours. I tried to cancel phone doesn’t work. chat automated the email within 24 hours they delayed that cancellation and then told me that I’m stuck with two products and I can’t return one of them and get my money back. I can’t afford two products military pay one mother with five kids. Watch out company is not great. So the email I told them is to cancel one of the orders they asked me what my name is when I had it in my email and I had it in the message. And then they told me it was too late to cancel. Absolutely not a respectful or understanding business.

So far it has not been so great. It took about a month for it to arrive. I had a hysterectomy done in December and they wanted me to start pelvic floor therapy after my 8 week check up because before surgery I was having a big problem with incontinence. By the time my device showed up I really wasn't having a problem anymore. I went ahead and started using it because I was still having an issue when I sneezed or coughed. Well I have used it for a couple of weeks now and I'm finding that I am leaking all day now. Is that normal? If it's just a normal part of the process then I understand but I don't want to keep using it if it's just making things worse. The instructions say to use it everyday for 30 to 45 minutes. When I went back and watched the add for this, it says 10 minutes, 3 to 4 days a week. The other issue I have is struggling with how to speak to someone about this. I couldn't even find a way to leave a review on the actual website. So, so far not so great.
