Wouldnt recommend. Poor value and I am having a terrible time with the customer service in getting a refund. (To date, I still have not received my money back) I received the product in early February of 2026, I did not like the product and have asked for a refund which I did on February14,2026. I have sent pictures and done everything requested by customer service to do in order to get a refund. I keep getting the run around and delayed responses. I just received a response saying we have to turn this request over to our relevant team for review which is the 2nd time I have received such an email! I am extremely frustrated with this company so beware...
From the beginning of the process was disappointed on check out - because they use shopify and it stores credit cards as soon as I clicked on cart the transaction was completed not giving me a chance to decide. I notified these folks and it took a week and I finally recd a response which didnt identify or even acknowledge the issue. WOW so finally recd item and what a lol. The bottle of solution is 2 oz. Have not tried device yet...considering the integrity issues I am no longer trusting to even use it. This company has customer service issues that threatens their integrity.

It’s not instant, but it definitely works if you stick with it.I appreciate that this brand feels supportive and not embarrassing or awkward. This has been a nightmare of an experience in whatever you do do not purchase with Apple Pay if you use Apple Pay you have lost your money at least if you use your credit card directly, you can dispute with the credit card company for a refund. I have been going back-and-forth with this company for three months. They sent me a product that did not work. They agreed to send a new product never sent anything and stop responding to emails. I have two other girlfriends who also receive defective products and are going through the same issue. One was able to get a refund directly from her credit card company because she was the smartest one and ordered it directly with her American Express.
