Booked a viewing for a property and then on the day of the viewing I heard nothing. I sent several messages (which I can see were read) and rang several times. Evidently the property has already been let (since the advert has been removed) but they didn't inform me of this and instead ignored my attempts to contact them, which I think is unprofessional and shows a lack of care for potential customers. In addition, the phone number on their website appears on Google's caller ID as a guest house. Suspicious.Not recommended.

Terrible company every time I ring up and they say they will send me over some properties and put me in some viewings they don’t. In two weeks, I have rung seven times and they have said every time that they were telling me of the properties and then they don’t Terrible company, do not care about their clients
Terrible Experience with SDM PropertyI recently had a disappointing experience with SDM Property. I visited a property based on the provided postcode and contact details. Upon arrival, I called the agent multiple times, but they responded rudely, claiming I was at the wrong location despite being on the same road. After finally finding the house number, I attempted to reach out to the agent again, but there was no response.The agent's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. The entire experience was a waste of time, and I would not recommend SDM Property to anyone. The lack of courtesy and responsiveness is appalling.
