2/24/2026 I bought my car cover about 2 1/2yrs ago and it has already failed. I submitted a warranty claim, was accepted, but they want a $55 warranty fee! It should only be shipping!

What's more important than protecting your investment? Seal Skin Covers products protect against sun, light debris and is waterproof. I have found the cover to be of the highest quality. They also have a wide range of applications. They will even custom make a cover for your riding lawn mower. I bought a cover for my Miata and I love, love, love it. Highly recommended.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! The customer service is terrible! They sent me the wrong size and now expect me to purchase a box to return it. Once they receive their mistake, they will send me the correct size. I paid in good faith, and they sent the wrong item. I provided them with photos showing it's too small. I even contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, and they mentioned they received another complaint about the same issue. It's unbelievable that two people have had the same problem with this company! One customer ordered four items, but only one fit, and they refuse to resolve the issue until that person returns the item and pays for shipping. They are quick to take our money but slow to fix their mistakes. This seems to be a pattern in their business practices. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The term "semi-custom fit" is mentioned on their site, but it’s not easy to find in search results. They display images of covers fitting perfectly, which was not my experience. If I had known the fit would be this inadequate, I would have opted for a generic cover instead.

I placed an order on 11/24/25 for two jet ski covers, and 14 days later, they still haven't shipped. I interacted with a chatbot who promised they would ship about 10 days ago. When I called last Wednesday, a customer service representative informed me that one color was out of stock, but I had never been notified about this via text or email. I only found out when I reached out. The support team claimed they had notified the shipping department about the color change and that it would ship the next morning. Now it's Sunday, 14 days after my order, and the chatbot says the order is still in the final processing stages, promising shipment tomorrow.
I ordered a custom cover for an outdoor table top, providing the exact dimensions as requested by the website. It mentioned that the item would feature a "drawstring" for securing the cover. After nearly 4 weeks, the cover arrived, and while it was beautifully crafted, it matched the table top dimensions precisely, leaving no room for the drawstring to fit snugly. My initial contact with the support team was less effective than I had hoped, but they continued to reach out to address my issue. I ended up adding fabric to make the cover functional myself and opted against a partial refund, appreciating the team's efforts to assist me. If you're ordering a custom cover, make sure to add extra length to accommodate any drawstring or elastic needs.
The purchase process was straightforward, and the item arrived on time. This cover is intended for a 24 ft center console boat with a single outboard. Unfortunately, there were no installation instructions, and the videos I found weren’t helpful. It took me a while to manage the installation on my own. I won't be able to assess its durability for a couple of seasons. The cover fits from bow to stern and covers the engine, but there is a significant gap between the transom and outboard on each side. I will need to check regularly to ensure no critters have nested inside. Additionally, I plan to add grommets to tighten it up and minimize the gap—something the company should consider including in the future. Also, regardless of the cover, except for shrink wrap, you'll need to add straps over the T-top to the bow and stern to manage snow and rain runoff. The price was certainly lower than shrink wrap, so if I can get three seasons out of it, I’ll consider it a good deal! I would share pictures, but there isn't an upload option.
