I ordered a custom rear plate for my vehicle and received an email stating it was dispatched on 16th December. I intended to install it before a family gathering on Boxing Day, and the promised 1-3 days delivery seemed sufficient. However, the delivery service had other plans. They claimed attempts were made to deliver on multiple dates, but this was not true as the item was sent to a retail location open daily. I reached out to the service provider by phone, left a voicemail, and emailed them on 22nd December requesting a new plate to be sent via next-day delivery, but I have yet to receive a response as of 30th December. The delivery service has been consistently poor, and the lack of communication from the company is equally disappointing. They need to reconsider their courier and improve their customer service. A glance at other reviews reveals a similar pattern of dissatisfaction. I will not be using this service again and recommend others look elsewhere, especially considering a significant portion of their reviews are one star.
The ordering was simple, the price was good, and delivery was prompt. However, I reached out about my order multiple times via email and left messages on the provided phone number without receiving a response. Luckily, my order was correct, but I couldn't confirm it beforehand.
I purchased two sets of plates, and both arrived wrong. I even ordered a second pair to confirm my choices. I requested specific details in my notes but got the opposite. I've sent four emails without any response and can't reach anyone by phone. Very disappointed as I had good experiences in the past.
