Received a generic chinese item that doesn't fit and could have been bought elsewhere at half the cost. My vehicle was NOT on their incompatible list. Ignored email complaint, no resolution offered.

DO NOT DEAL WITH.THESE.PEOPLE. SCAMMERS. I emailed these scammers with a picture of my seatbelt connector with a tape measure by it so they could see size, they emailed back saying they could supply that size, when it came it was the same universal size I had tried from ebay. So from the start they were going to rip me off. They now won't reply to email to arrange return, the phone message keeps saying can't connect. Underneath the evril label it looks like it com from cheap Chinese site. When you go to bank app your payment goes to sestbeltextenders Canada not co.uk, have opened a case with.bank but being it's gone to Canada not very.hopeful.
I would say to anyone thinking of buying from this company to beware. I ordered 3 seatbelt extenders online for our Toyota Avensis (not on the list of incompatible cars - no dimensions are given, so this list was all I had). They arrived a few days after the order was processed and money taken. One extender fits in the front, great. The two for the back do not fit. I emailed the company 3 times within the 14-day cooling off period allowed by Consumer law, asking for replacement or refund for the two useless extenders. I have not had the courtesy of a reply. Not a word. Meanwhile I tried the two useless extenders in our Vauxhall Astra, but although this is also not in the list of incompatible cars, they do not fit anywhere in it. As far as I can see, this company have no intention of refunding me, even though I have a legal right to a refund. So, as they do not give dimensions, have an unreliable list of incompatible cars, and do not reply to emails if something is wrong, I would avoid this company. In my opinion, they are clearly not bothered by such unimportant things as customer satisfaction, as long as they get your money.
