From the moment I booked to our return home the team at Secret Matchday looked after us. Every query was dealt with quickly - they were brilliant. Then there was the experience (our trip was to Milan) which we will never forget - my son just had the best time. We will be booking again!
Couldn't recommend Secret Match more, had an amazing experience.Start to end, absolutely incredible service and everything ran as clockwork and very transparent.The guide sent out prior to the trip has absolutely everything you need, the guidance with regards the trains out to the stadium was a lovely touch. Hotel was very central, clean, safe and warm; couldn't ask for more.
First time booking with Secret Match Day and certainly won't be our last - I had never heard of the team until I came across them on Instagram and as a football daft family it was right up our street so thought I would book it for my husband's 40th. The whole waiting to find out where we were getting sent made it even more exciting. I booked it for the four of us as my boys (16 & 12) would never have forgiven me if they didn't get too. When we found out we were going to the San Siro the boys were buzzing as it was somewhere they had always wanted to go. The team had booked our flights, hotel and arranged the tickets so all we had to do was turn up, it was so stress free. The transport from airport was easy as there's plenty buses outside to take you into city centre which was only about 45 mins and not expensive. When in Milan the metro system was easy to work out and was so cheap to get around. Our flight out was first thing Friday morning so we had the full day, so we done the stadium tour that day and highly recommend it, was very interesting. The game (Inter Milan v Torino) was on the Sat night so again we had the full day Saturday to explore Milan and what a place it is. The game itself was fantastic - atmosphere was electric, we had a great view of the pitch from our seats. The Sunday our flight home was at 5pm so again had more time to explore Milan before heading back to the airport. The hotel was about 15 mins outside the city centre but easily accessible as there was a train station right beside the hotel.My husband absolutely loved his surprise weekend for his 40th - certainly one we will all remember. Our boys are still buzzing that they have been and experienced the San Siro. The Secret Match Day Team were fantastic to deal with - super helpful and absolutely made my husband's 40th birthday. I can't thank them enough (especially Tim).Would highly recommend Secret Match Day - book your weekend away folks you will not be disappointed - we will definitely be book again.Thanks Secret Match Day!
Had a fantastic experience using secretmatchday. The team are great and are always on hand to answer any questions and responses are usually very prompt from my experience. Booked this for my birthday and ended up with flights to Oslo and tickets to watch Valerenga in the quarter final of the norwegian cup. The atmosphere was amazing and a completely different experience to English football. Also managed to squeeze an early kick off in for a game at Stabæk up the road from Norway. Met some great locals and had a fantastic time definitely a team I'd recommend anyone who gets a trip to Oslo to go and visit. Hotel was very basic but easy to get to and from in the middle of Oslo and located above a metro station so could easily make it too and from both games. Could you book and arrange this cheaper for yourself? Probably but for the ease and the genuine surprise and excitement when you find out where you're going I can't recommend them enough 5*

Brilliant weekend away to Lillie, a city we would have never choose to go to. The match allthough not a sell out had a good atmosphere all throughout the game.The hotel in Lillie was ideally located, clean, comfortable and had good drink!The only downside we had was that it was a one and a half hour journey from the airport to the city and hotel. As I was the one who organised the trip I was nervous if this whole package was to good to be true, but from the moment we got our itinerary to the flight back home everything was well organised and everything worked out smoothly. This is definitely a company I and those of us who went on the trip will use again and gladly recommend to anyone looking for a trip abroad but not sure where to go.
