Second time we have used secret match day.Fantastic both times.From start to finish the communication from the team is great and the whole trip went seamlessly.This time we ended up flying to Milan and watching Atalanta hammer Verona 6-1!The experience was amazing and my 9 year old boy absolutely loved it.We also visited one of the Italian lakes on our free day after the match which was an unexpected highlight! Beautiful.We have had to travel over from Jersey and the team took this in to consideration and made the travel as stress free as possible.The destination guide you get is also great and well put together. Even has information on which trains and times we should jump on to make it to our destination town of Bergamo. This was really useful to help get from Milan airport and back again.Whole experience absolutely top notch Well done secret match day!!
I’m not one to leave reviews typically but feel quite strongly about leaving this one. What a fantastic idea and experience. Can’t wait to do another, wouldn’t know where to start planning a trip like this, so glad I came across SMD. From the customer service to th useful guide, full marks!!
Travelled to Nantes for the Angers v St.Etienne Ligue 1 game with my son for his 18th birthday.. What an atmosphere !!!! . It was great to experience real football passion by local fans. Stayed in Nantes and got the train over to Angers. Both beautiful cities I would never have visited only for SMD. The pre trip information booklet was superb and covered everything we needed to know. We will definitely do another trip with SMD. A brilliant and memorable experience from start to finish
Had a cracking weekend away with the boys in Poznan! Flight times were respectable so we had the whole day Friday to explore the city, and didn't have to get up too early Sunday for our flight back! Secret match days were always very responsive with any questions/concerns I had. Hotel was of decent quality and right in the city centre so nothing was too far away. Would highly recommend anyone thinking about booking a mystery holiday to do it with this company as they won't let you down.
The atmosphere at the game we went to was very good. (Torino vs como)The people at Secret MatchDay are also 10/10 when it comes to customer service. Quick emails, fast DMs responses on Instagram. The hotel staff was also very friendly and easy to check in. Would recommend to anyone and do again.
