I've tried various cleansers, moisturizers, eye cream, retinol, acids, amplifier, and antioxidant serum. Unfortunately, I've decided to discontinue all of them as they eventually led to reactions on my skin. I first noticed the issue with the eye cream; oddly, the retinol was fine, but the acids, amplifier, moisturizer, and antioxidant serum all caused problems after a few applications. I developed small red blotches around my eyes and larger, raised red patches on my skin. Typically, I'm quite tolerant of most skincare products, so I'm unsure what ingredients here are causing the reactions, but it has happened frequently enough for me to stop using them.

Additionally, the products themselves are fantastic; my skin has never looked better.
The customer service experience has been frustrating. While the representatives are polite and apologetic when they do respond, it often takes weeks of unanswered emails. Thankfully, I used a payment service that eventually helped me secure my refund. The products might be effective for others, but I had an allergic reaction to the eye serum despite patch testing.
I purchased an eye cream that came in oversized packaging, but it ran out after just a month of use. Upon checking inside, I found it lacked a proper dispensing mechanism, revealing a very small container with a false bottom. The packaging is definitely misleading.
I'm unsure if the hyperpigmentation serum is effective yet, as it's only been 6 weeks. My main concern is that it needs replacing already. I believe 6 weeks is too short for such an expensive product, especially since I only used 2 pumps daily. Could it have been underfilled? Customer support has only replied to one email, and their answers were not helpful.
The customer service has been quite disappointing! I received a serum that wouldn't dispense properly, and after sending multiple photos in an email, I repeatedly received the same troubleshooting advice. I won't be purchasing again; all I wanted was a replacement product.
The hyperpigmentation serum caused rashes on my face. When I reached out for guidance, I received only a form to fill out and no response to my multiple emails afterward. I simply wanted to know if my reaction was normal and whether I should stop using the product. This has been the worst customer care experience I've encountered.
