I paid for an order, but the product never arrived. Despite providing the order number, payment proof, and screenshots, the company claims they cannot locate my purchase. Customer support offers generic responses with no real assistance. Due to their failure to deliver and inability to find my fully paid order, I have initiated a chargeback and a case with EU Consumer Protection. Very disappointing — I do not recommend this store.
It doesn't work. Terrible! Customer service is also awful. Save your money; they are scamming people. It runs for 3 seconds and then shuts off. It won’t turn back on, and the battery won’t detach for charging. Another useless product. From overseas! When will I learn not to buy such products!
We should start a Class Action lawsuit. It's only a matter of time before someone gets injured or hurt or even dies. The lithium battery is overheating and the Product Manual does not offer clear instructions on how to use the SeeSe ProProduct manual simply states: "For the life of the product do not press the switch continuously for a long time. After continuous use the battery will enter overheat protection You only need to remove the battery and let it stand for 10 minutes before continuing to use it…. What is a long time? The info commercial States that an entire driveway can be cleared and shows a person clearing a driveway. Seese Pro Response (This info was not documented in the product manual) "The blower is designed to function in short bursts of 10–15 seconds, followed by a 10-second pause before the next use. This cycle protects the motor from overheating and ensures long-term performance.If the product is used continuously without allowing this cooling interval, it may stop earlier as a built-in safety mechanism" In addition if you order the Upgraded version Seese Pro 1000G+ it does not look any different than the original so you can not tell the difference.
this company needs to get closed down by SHOPSCAM SCAM SCAMWay too loud and my dog hated the sound Portable yes everything else horrible emailed the manufacturer and no reply they say you have two days to send refund request however they do not reply to the email so now I have to deal with the scam with my bank . It's a scam cause if you don't like It within two days you will lose your money cause no one will reply when they do they will say it's past the 2 days it's a scam fraud and trash company
