i bought a Seese Pro blower and with my order I was given two more batteries. The unit came with one battery and no others. The AI response from the company is deny, deny deny. I have a receipt to prove the two other batteries were included, but they refuse to fulfill the order or even respond with a live letter or a person. more batteries are needed because the unit runs for about ten minutes. when it runs, it works fine.
Product is trash and they refused refund.. It does not operate for longer than 5 minutes before it shuts off, despite only using it for short (SECONDS) bursts with 10-15 second pause between bursts (as instructed). Contacted customer support and they REFUSE to allow returns or refunds!!!!! SCAMMERS and FRAUD. DO NOT BUY. Save your $$$$
My blower did not work from the day I got it. Keeps shutting off. No one will answer my emails about returning it. What a scam. Don’t buy! I’ve sent about ten emails. Got one response asking if I used it yet. Nothing since. Terrible. Shame on them.
I paid for 2 seese blowers plus a "% off" deal for a family pro, so around $270. I received 2. That was 3 months ago. After complaining for 2 months i still have only 2. So besides the fact that they are so loud that they blow your ears drums out, they have not been used but gifted out. Still upset of over paying 😒 and being "blown off" by customer service. Anna
ordered the seese pro from official site and during the purchase online they offer upgrading to the new 1000g+ for $59 and I bought the upgrade. I received my item but it only shows seese pro. no 1000g+ .I sent an email to customer service they responded and asked me to send them pic of what I have received. After several follow-up emails I have not heard from them going on 3 weeks. Stay away from this company as they are fraudulent and scam artists
