Caution: Disappointing Experience with This Seller

Caution: I purchased two watches from this seller. One, a GPS sports smartwatch, functions well with the associated app, but the second smartwatch is defective and incompatible with the fitness app. I received no replies to my emails regarding a return and refund for the faulty item. The lack of customer support is unacceptable. Proceed with caution.
