Worst customer services.
I have complain multiple time about not recieving product but no action was taken from their side. I contacted delivery company and they want me to contact China express now. Stuck in loop with no answer. Would not recommend please safe your money.

Very disappointing experience with heated gloves

I ordered heated gloves that took weeks to arrive, and the quality was very poor. They only stayed warm for a few minutes. The seller offered a 20% refund, but when I asked for a full refund, they said I would need to pay between €40 and €50 in shipping to return them. I reached out, willing to send them back to a UK address, but they did not reply. I strongly advise against dealing with this service.

Not as advertised and costly returns

The product I received was not as described and came without any instructions. When I reached out for a return, I was informed I would have to pay for shipping, which they estimated at "USD30-40". They are based in China, and I cannot recommend this service.

Avoid this seller at all costs

This website claims to be a UK-based brand with a focus on excellent customer service, which is highly misleading. After placing an order, I wanted to return it upon finding a similar item elsewhere. Customer service informed me I would be responsible for return shipping, estimated at €30 - 45, which is more than the item itself. I later discovered the return address was in Hong Kong, and nowhere on the site was this information made clear. This lack of transparency effectively takes away the right to return items due to high international shipping costs. When I raised my concerns, they only offered a 20% partial refund without addressing the return postage issue. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, but this business's practices are unacceptable. Such misleading operations should not be tolerated.

I bought heated gloves that were completely misrepresented. The advertisement claimed the palm and fingers would heat up, but only the back of the hand heats up—and only when plugged in! I emailed them about returning the gloves, and they offered a 20% refund while asking me to keep a product that was misrepresented. Alternatively, returning the product would cost €30-45. I advise against purchasing from them!

Don't expect timely delivery

I ordered from this seller 11 days ago, and it said standard shipping would take a few days. The item was meant to be a gift for my dad's birthday tomorrow, but it looks like he won't be receiving it. Customer service informed me there is a delay at the warehouse, which seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. It shouldn't take this long to ship an item. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

Completely unacceptable

I purchased a pair of shoes that turned out to be the lowest quality imaginable, completely different from the image shown. It seemed the picture was taken from another site to mislead customers. When I tried to return them, I was faced with exorbitant postage fees, making the return not worth it. My recommendation is to avoid this seller.
