I have complain multiple time about not recieving product but no action was taken from their side. I contacted delivery company and they want me to contact China express now. Stuck in loop with no answer. Would not recommend please safe your money.
I ordered heated gloves that took weeks to arrive, and the quality was very poor. They only stayed warm for a few minutes. The seller offered a 20% refund, but when I asked for a full refund, they said I would need to pay between €40 and €50 in shipping to return them. I reached out, willing to send them back to a UK address, but they did not reply. I strongly advise against dealing with this service.
The product I received was not as described and came without any instructions. When I reached out for a return, I was informed I would have to pay for shipping, which they estimated at "USD30-40". They are based in China, and I cannot recommend this service.

I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, but this business's practices are unacceptable. Such misleading operations should not be tolerated.

I ordered from this seller 11 days ago, and it said standard shipping would take a few days. The item was meant to be a gift for my dad's birthday tomorrow, but it looks like he won't be receiving it. Customer service informed me there is a delay at the warehouse, which seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. It shouldn't take this long to ship an item.
