I have used Selco in Miller St in Warrington since they took over tjhe B & Q store and have in the past recomended them but things took a chance for the worst. I came in on a regular basis and collected items muyself which would fit in a car or estate car and spent enough to get better tems from them. Occasionally I had somethin too big to carry and they delivered free of charge. They then started advertising fre delivery order on likne and everyone took advantage at their cost. When I went in for sonme fence pnels went in for sonme fence parnels was greetend with was we no longer do free delivery unless you spend £150 plus VAT and no flexibility at all. I feel thatas a loyal customer who could end up going thre several times a week and rarely asking for delivery I would be better off ringing around the otherlocal merchants of which two do free delivery, another two free over £ 50 and the only one that comes in at £150 plus VAT is Selco. Having been loyal to them feel betrayed and have had to make arrangements to MKM, Travis Perkins and other local merchants who are far more helpful;l and customer support orientated.
