Staff happy to cancel £200 order rather than try to help me with a delivery am time slot. It goes to show the staff really don’t care about customer service or satisfaction, they are happy to lose a £200 order just like that! if it was taken out of their wages , I’m sure they would try harder to keep that sale and go that bit further. . Thumbs down Selco!! 👎

Pretty impressed with Selco aftercare services. We bought patio doors over 5 years ago that developed a significant fault that meant the door always had a big gap at the top when closed. Given that we could reasonably expect the door to last 10-15 years we reached our to Selco to see what they could do. Got a very quick response from Chris W at the Bristol branch, who organised an engineer visit and visited himself with the engineer. Waiting to see what the final outcome is but really impressed with the response so far (worth googling Money Saving Experts article on how warranties expiring does not prevent you from getting repair/refund/replacement)
