I flew from Dubai to Istanbul, and the next day I had a thorough consultation and examination with Dr. Inanli, which immediately confirmed his expertise. Amazing from the very beginning. For context I was having revision surgery after having primary rhinoplasty in the U.K. and was left unhappy with the results. I consulted a few doctors and knew from the consultation in person with Prof Selcuk that he would be my doctor. The consultation was in depth and I felt understood and heard. He spoke all the parts of my nose that I wanted to fix and set realistic expectations. The experience with his assistant Elenya has been incredible with prompt responses to all my questions (there were lots) and you can tell that she really cares. Since arriving in Istanbul the whole process has been so smooth. The day of surgery I was nervous but both Prof Selcuk and Elenya put me at ease. I am almost one week post op and have been checked up on everyday. I also received table pictures promptly after surgery and couldn’t believe them I was amazed the man’s a magician ! Couldn’t recommend enough !
Firstly very thankful for my beautiful new nose, Prof. Selcuk is very knowledgeable, patient & friendly with everything. He totally understands your needs and concerns and try to help you with everything brilliantly.His assistant Alyena is very great at her work and guides you with process, procedures and any support needed.
To give some background - I had a couple of previous Rhinoplasty operations with different surgeons in the UK and in South Africa. They did an ‘OK’ job - but not brilliant. I’m a real perfectionist - and - although they went ok - they were not great. And admittedly, what I now know is that - the success of the end result was not only down to them as surgeons - I played a part too - as on reflection, I now know that I didn’t follow guidance or follow the right procedure in looking after myself or new nose(s), which effected the end result. I hold my hands up - I’m partly to blame that the outcome wasn’t perfect - as I didn’t do the right thing to take care of my surgeries. That said - I do wish I had found Professor Inanli in the first place and skipped all the errors. But - I got there eventually. And - I’m so glad I did find him. As a middle aged man living in the UK, I had kind of given up and accepted that despite previous rhinoplasty’s - my nose was just the way it was. I knew I was a complex case surgery. My septum was extremely damaged. A 1cm perforation in the middle of the septum which had a huge impact on my breathing. The tip of my nose pulled to one side when I smiled - which I hated. A columella tip that was a teardrop that I wanted lifted / flat / square. I knew this was a big operation. I needed someone good - and I found him - Dr Selcuk Inanli. I did LOTS of research and found Professor Inanli online. I wanted an experienced surgeon that wasn’t just focused on the aesthetics of the visual effect of the nose - I wanted an expert who would be focused on the inside mechanics of the nose. And Dr Inali was that man. He ticked both of the boxes and EXCEEDED my expectations. The inside of my badly damaged nose is repaired and the outside is looking great. 5 weeks on - I’m so happy. It was without doubt the toughest operation I have been through. The recovery has been long and hard. But - it was all worth it.When I came round after surgery, I was told I had been under anaesthetic for 5.5hrs and had been operated on for all that time by Prof Inanli. Wow. That is such a long operation! But that spoke volumes to me about Prof Inanli - as it told me that he had spent a long long time operating on me to get the right result. And he did. I had a rib cartilage graft which was tough on my body. But - it’s what was needed to achieve the result that we have. My nose looks fantastic. It was a tough going operation - but a million percent you are in the BEST hands! Professor Inanli is incredible at what he does. I’m so glad I found him. I had a deviated septum and visual nose abnormalities and am satisfied with results. He was honest regarding limitations, perfect english and high skill level. Chat gbt recommended him online to me. Did not have to wait a long period to be dealt with. Felt very safe in turkey because of choosing Dr Selcuk and his package/team. All areas were a high standard. Travelled from ireland payed for flights and some food/medications and had no complications over there but otherwise all inclusive. Payed around 5k highly recomend if choosing to go to Turkey. Affordable but safe, and a high standard of care.
I have always wanted to get a septoplasty due to having deviated nasal septum. And I found Dr.Selcuk Inanli on Facebook through Ads and I researched a lot before actually deciding to come and get it done. This January, 2025 I have undergone a septorhinoplasty which was performed by Dr. Selcuk, and he had done an amazing job. I had a bulbous tip and deviated septum which is why he suggested me to get a septorhinoplasty instead of septoplasty. I live in the states, and coming to a whole different country to get a surgery done is no easy peasy. I kept contacting Aleyna (his assistant) who was very responsive and made my journey a lot easier for always making sure everything goes out smoothly. I was offered a package where they provided me transportation, hotel staying, surgery, consultation, etc. They promised and they served everything 100%. Now let’s come to the result: if I have to rate the operation it was definitely a success —> 10/10. But if I have to rate the doctor based on his regards to his patients, then —> 15/10. I was really happy how he was so kind and patient towards me while I was anxious and very restless before the surgery, but he calmed me down and explained to me everything thoroughly so that I don’t panic later. Aleyna reached out to me everyday after the surgery to make sure I was fine and also if I needed anything since they were just 5 minutes away from where I was staying so they can easily get me to the clinic for an emergency. If I have to comment on my pain or the side effects: There will be signs of temporary swelling, bruising and very lil to zero pain and just slight discomfort throughout the first week. Other than that nothing much. Swelling and bruising varies from patient to patient. I didn’t get any bruising but I had swelling due to my thick skin which doctor did say I would get before getting surgery but it lasted about two-three days but it starts to go down. First two weeks are drastic, but then from 1-3 months later you will see 90% swelling is gone and see your nose gradually come to a perfect shape in a year. Just listen to all the procedures, precautions and warnings as per the doctor’s suggestion. If any doubt walks by, you can always contact Aleyna right away, and she will respond quicker than a bullet leaving gun when fired lol. I will 100% recommend Dr. Selcuk as a great plastic surgeon for someone who’s looking for one. Trust him and his process cause he’s actually the best.

Prof. Dr. Selçuk İnanlı was born on 21 April 1966 in Fatsa. He completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul. He entered Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine in 1983 and graduated in 1989. After completing his military service, he continued his education at Marmara University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology, graduating in 1995. Then he started his residency. He was appointed as an assistant professor in 1999 and associate professor in 2002 for his scientific works, publications, lectures and clinical accomplishments.
In 2004 he attended Harvard Medical School, Department of Facial Plastic Surgery. He is still working as a professor in Marmara University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. He also examines private patients at his clinic in Terrace Fulya Residence.
He passed the EAFPS Board examinations and qualified as the European Facial Plastic Surgeon by the EAFPS.
