Not a single step in the customer service work

The order was not delivered.Tracking doesn't work.Can't login to the site and any try to retrieve access isn't successful as the password or login credentials are not sent to the email.Customer Service only with chat on working hours and couldn't provide any answer regarding the order.Every step to try to get information about the order doesn't work.
