They sent me a torn item and for more than two weeks they have not been able to properly process the return, customer service communicates politely, but they do not solve my problem

Would not buy from Selected again

My order was due to be delivered between 24th-27th Nov. It didn’t arrive and tracking showed Royal Mail were still waiting to receive the parcel from Selected. I tried to contact Selected via the chat but kept being told it was out of office hours - although they don’t state what the office hours are and I tried at different times of day. Eventually I got through and the advisor said they had to contact the carrier and would email me on the same day to update me. I heard nothing since then. Eventually received my order but the unacceptable delay, lack of communication, lack of response and simply basic customer service means I would not buy from here again.

I placed my order on 23rd November and despite messages to say my order was on its way and would be with me by 30th November I have not yet received it (2nd December). Whilst the extra couple of days wait is not critical I would not expect a request for comment before I get my order!

My package hasn't been delivered. It's been over a week and over the estimated time they said they would deliver it. I can't seem to get onto anyone either. It's a shame. I really like selected products but I'll think twice about buying anything online through them again...

Still waiting for delivery...And now refund...

Still waiting for delivery.... Royal Mail tracking states that they are still waiting for the parcel. Selected shows order despatched on 27th November with delivery by 4th. It is now the 6th Dec. Very poor communication and no customer service. Infuriating chatbot assistant that takes details and does nothing.Update.After leaving this review the package seems to be suddenly on its way.Receiving an update and response only after leaving a review is poor customer service. If a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale is scheduled then the logistics behind it should already be in place to deal with the obvious increase in demand. Failing that, a notification of a delivery delay should be present at the time of purchase. Not only after enquiry.I returned the items and received a confirmation email from their couriers, Rebound, of receipt of package on 17/12/23. I am still awaiting my refund of several hundred pounds over a month later..... Avoid.
