Absolutely thrilled that Delroy could fix my iPhone problem. It took him about 20 minutes all told, I spent 3 hours at the apple shop in Birmingham and still had to make a return appointment. I was so pleased.
I had problem of synchronising iCloud with my PC for photo editing and visited Select Apple Store at Merry Hill. John spent time with me to sort the problem and was very helpful and patient.
I went in today with a problem and was seen quickly to resolve it. My experience was very smooth, and I want to thank the store manager for their amazing customer service and support throughout the process. I highly recommend this store and will definitely return!
The after-sales support is outstanding. Particularly impressed with the representative in the area. It was a pleasure to upgrade to a new device with their extensive knowledge and guidance throughout the process. I wouldn't consider buying from anywhere else, even if it costs a bit more than larger chain stores, as the assistance provided is invaluable.

I found dealing with this store to be a complete nightmare. They refused to issue a refund for a faulty accessory, only offering a replacement, even though I had already purchased one elsewhere. Their policy of not allowing refunds for opened items is utterly ridiculous. The staff often shrugged their shoulders and claimed they couldn't help due to store policy. I would recommend avoiding this store entirely.
