I was looking for a eccomerce solution that would have an easier user friendly setups with multi-vendor features and custom functionality... plus quality support since that's important to me when doing business. After spending a little time with the platform and the Selldone support team on some of my questions, I have got to say holy WOW! With Selldone I found all that I needed and more. Now I can do everything I wanted with what I call my new ecommerce partners "Selldone" and with thier stellar support being on point; it's no wonder they are striving to be the best, because their platform is very detailed in all eccomerce needs which is also stellar as a product for what's out there. The smart tools I get provide more than I could find with any other eccomerce tool or site, especially with the community add on and vendor controls for marketplace models. They keep updating all the time and their goal is to be #1 in their Marketplace. They are proving this with every update considering they already built a powerhouse to help anyone become their own online store owner and to sell like a beast with a beautiful design. They provide an out-the-box look that is already super fresh for today's design world. Starting a store or marketplace with Selldone is powerful, easy, and much faster than any other setup with Shopify or WooCommerce etc. Study the pricing between all the options out there and you will find you get more with Selldone including a slightly lower price or about the same price but for sure with more to do in an all-in-one platform. It's actually easier and faster than baking a cake for me. They really give us all we need which helps provide us more time to focus on our merch production, dropshipping solutions (compatible via integration w/Selldone like Printify, Printful, etc.) and marketing for our stores (leverage with webhooks, email, affiliate program, and more by SellDone) in this all in one eccomerce website. I couldn't be happier that I came across them and got it now just in time since they recently launched. They are considered the new kids on the block (the newest e-commerce solution) and anyone with existing stores will find how easy it is to switch over with bulk importing and more. I have some clients who are brick & mortar they have their existing POS system and because of Covid, everyone moves online. Excellent online commerce platform and for physical stores, in addition to physical products it also allows digital products which is great.but it is not just an ecommerce, it is a whole environment that includes payments in local businesses through POS
Where to start? To review every detail of this Business OS would require tens of thousands of words. Selldone is a feature-rich, comprehensive and well-thought-out product that surprises on every click. Seriously. It’s incredibly rare to think “I wonder if this does….”, consider adding it as feature on their roadmap, to find that is already exists.So the burning question - how does it compare? I’m not even going to mention other online store platforms because the reality is, Selldone is unique. If you think of all the things you want from an eCommerce solution and multiply the features by 10, you still won’t be close to exploring everything this system can do. Really. Couple-in a highly responsive, passionate group of founders who listen to every request (and usually implement changes within HOURS) and this really should be the beginning of a fantastic journey for this business OS. The absolute stand-out features of this product for me are:- Overall detail to every aspect of the system.- Business models for your store: Normal/Regular store, Dropshipping (using their OS connect system - Printful is currently beautifully and painlessly integrated), Franchise/Affiliate, Marketplace, Dropshipping Supplier.- The setup is detailed but with many beautiful flow diagrams showing how aspects are connected (such as checkout flow) and the impact the features have on each other.- Ability to choose your home page (it can be a landing page, store front, community, blog, hyper, avocado) giving you ultimate control on how your business looks from the outset.- The variety of products (and it’s fulfilment type). They are physical, virtual, file, service, POS(!), avocado & hyper, giving you the ability to offer just about any kind of product including bookings and appointment.- Detailed incentive system (discounts, coupons, offers, gift cards and even LOTTERIES!)- Marketing - manage campaigns, affiliates, emails and funnels.- The logistics system for managing warehouses, inventories & shipping.- For Marketplace settings, managing vendors and fulfilment is incredibly well-developed.- POS - yes, a cash register and inventory manager all built in! Connect a barcode scanner as quickly as scanning a QR code from the screen. Connect a device to show the customer side of the POS, what’s been scanned, total etc. The in-built Hyper system is incredible allowing customers to scan codes, add-to-basket and then pay using their phones is next-level.- Landing page designer with some pre-built blocks (looking forward to the addition of a few more of these!)- Create and connect a community.- Beautiful looking blogs.- Unlimited domains pointing to the store.- Webhooksand ***many, many*** more features.I’m still at the beginning of my Selldone journey and enjoying the process of discovery. There is nothing more inspiring than finding a feature you didn’t know you needed until it’s a standard on Selldone and immediately becomes part of your business model. My advice is simple. This eCommerce platform goes beyond what you might expect. It provides most of the features and tools necessary for selling and marketing within the platform. It's fast loading. Has nice UI/UX. Love the analytics dashboard. Features rich with everything built-in and much more that you wouldn't find in other apps. Great team behind Selldone. They are working on more integrations with other services/platforms. The support team is also very attentive. Looking forward to setting up more stores in Selldone in the near future.
