The experience is great due to the team behind the Selldone! I like how the product improve a lot from the initial launch! They also able to communicate well with the community. The developments also put our feedback into account and they deliver it really fast.
I recently reached out to the Selldone team with a feature request. I sent them a short video (less than two minutes) with what I was trying to accomplish on their platform. Less than 24 hours later the feature I requested was implemented on the platform. This was request was made on a Friday evening EST and was completed Saturday morning. Bonus points for the weekend. The owner reached out to me and personally let me know that the feature was ready and that I can continue to move forward with my business. The company also immediately announced the new feature was available in their FB group to ensure other users that may utilize the feature new in a timely manner. When talking to the team and owner they really care about not just their brand and success but mines as well.
