Review Time
I initially believed this would be a good system. It was user-friendly at first, but now I'm encountering numerous issues. The main concern is that the customer service is hard to understand, lacking patience, and sometimes rude, which has made me feel frustrated as well. There are too many features I can't modify to suit my needs, and the system falls short in several areas. I'm very disappointed after 3.5 months.
Customer service was excellent! I had a problem with a power outage on an extremely busy Saturday night with Bottle POS not connecting to the internet. Saumil was very patient with me while I was busy with customers and he walked me through solutions to fix the issue. Everything was working great after that!!
We were forced to 'Go Live' after our old program crashed and left us hanging, and we had to close our store! After chatting with other tech guys, we were given ROSHAN!!! OMG! He was AWESOME! He was quickly able to get us up and running and SAVED US! He was SOOOO helpful to us, and answered every question we asked! Great guy with a lot of help!Hope if we ever need help again we can 'Request' his professional help again! Thank you, Thank you!!!
